We are looking for aLead Engineer Advanced Power Systems Engineering to drivedevelopment, manufacturing support, and testing of battery-based power systems, includingBMS integration .
- Design and develop battery-based power systems
- LeadBMS integration, validation, and testing
- Support manufacturing setup, SOPs, and production issues
- Execute system testing, FAT/SAT, and reliability checks
- Coordinate with suppliers, QA, and cross-functional teams
- B.E / B.Tech Electrical / Electronics / EEE / Mechatronics
- M.Tech preferred Power Electronics / Energy Systems / Embedded
- 612 years experience in battery systems & BMS
- Hands-on experience withLi-ion batteries (LFP / NMC)
- Familiar with testing standards (IEC / UN 38.3 preferred)
- Strong hands-on engineer with ownership mindset
- Experience inproduct development + manufacturing environment
- Good problem-solving and documentation skills
- Build next-generation power systems
- High ownership role with real engineering impact
- Work in a fast-growing manufacturing setup
