Job Description: 

·       Review code submissions to ensure quality, maintainability, security, and adherence to engineering best practices

·       Clarify technical doubts and guide the team through complex problem-solving and architectural decisions

·       Collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify requirements, communicate team questions, and ensure alignment on deliverables

·       Design and oversee the development of scalable microservices supporting the virtual assistant platform

·       Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and successful deployment of ML models in production environments

·       Lead and mentor the backend engineering team, conducting regular 1:1 meetings for guidance, feedback, and professional growth

You are a successful candidate if you have 

·       Strong experience in Golang development with proven track record in production systems

·       Extensive experience building and maintaining high-traffic microservices and distributed systems

·       Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration

·       Proficiency with AWS services including S3, Lambda, SQS, CloudWatch, ECR, ECS, and EKS

·       Working knowledge of Helm and Terraform for infrastructure automation and management

·       Experience with Datadog for monitoring, observability, and system performance analytics

·       Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment

·       Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development best practices
