Lead Engineer - RPA Development

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with business users and team members to design solutions to automate business processes.
• Develop and implement robotic process automations utilizing UiPath software/technology and follow process automation best practices.
• Respond to automation incident tickets and resolve production issues as part of ongoing support.
• Monitor health of production automation tasks.
• Create and maintain process, technical and support documentation for automations.
• Continually evaluate opportunities for improvement in the automation lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         BA/BS in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

·         5+ years of technical development expertise.

·         Hands-on RPA experience with the UiPath platform (preferred) or another commercial automation tool to automate business processes consisting of various applications and technologies.

·         Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

·         Experience with agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

 Maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

·         Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, global team.

·         Experience in the healthcare industry (preferred)
