Lead Engineer – Full Stack (React Native + Spring Boot)

Role Engineering Lead

Skills Required :

• Full stack with React Native and Springboot.
• Database: PostgreSQL,
• Others: Bitbucket, Grafana, ELK,JIRA, Confluence
• AWS: EC2, RDS, EKS, ECS, Cloud watch, Glue, Redis, S3 etc.
• Security: Good understanding with OWASP and secure coding practices.
• Optimization: Good Knowledge in API Optimization, Database Query optimizations.

Purpose

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Development lead for our Software engineering team
• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 13 years of experience in developing and implementing digital solutions with a focus on web development.
• The role will involve working with a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain various mobile, web applications, websites, and digital platforms

Key Accountabilities

Responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to:

• Design, develop and maintain secured mobile, web applications, websites, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to develop and implement user-friendly web designs and features that meet business requirements and user needs.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and debug technical issues and bugs in the code, and implement effective solutions to ensure the smooth functioning of digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain software documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to other developers to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and digital solutions, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into existing platforms
• Publish the apps to Android and IOS stores.

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 13 years of experience in react native development (Android and iOS) also for Web.
• Experience in 3rd party API integrations and Amazon webservices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git and Devops.
