Overview

We are seeking a Technical Lead Engineer with 57 years of professional experience in building and maintaining scalable applications. The role primarily focuses on C#/.NET backend development and React-based frontends , with exposure to legacy Windows Forms applications and Python-based image processing workflows . The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, system design expertise, and the ability to guide development teams toward high-quality outcomes.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using C#/.NET (Core & Framework) and React .
• Architect, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Maintain and enhance Windows Forms applications, contributing to legacy support and modernization initiatives.
• Develop Python-based utilities for image processing and automation using libraries such as OpenCV, NumPy, and PIL.
• Provide technical leadership , including code reviews, architectural guidance, and mentoring of developers.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Apply analytical and mathematical reasoning to optimize algorithms, workflows, and system performance.
• Ensure best practices in security, performance, scalability, and maintainability .
• Support real-time communication features using gRPC and WebSockets where applicable.

• 57 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET (Core and Framework) .
• Experience with React or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Solid experience designing and consuming REST APIs .
• Hands-on experience with Windows Forms (legacy application support).
• Working knowledge of Python for image processing and automation .
• Experience with gRPC and WebSockets .
• Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, including algorithm optimization.
• Experience designing and optimizing scalable, high-performance systems .
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

• Experience working on AI-enabled applications (model integration or inference).
• Exposure to microservices architectures .
