Job Title - Lear Engineer.

Years of Experience- 8+

Automotive Mechanical: Electronics/Electrification (EV)Products: Body control modules, Gateway modules, power distribution modules, Zonal control modules, Battery Management System, on board Charger, DC to DC converter, Battery Disconnect unit etc.

Qualification - B.E/B Tech Mechanical/ Automotive

Key Skills

Good working proficiency in Catia & UG and exposure to work with tooling and manufacturing team at least for 2 product lifecycles.

Proficiency in modeling, drafting, assembly modules.

Candidate shall have sound knowledge in Automotive plastic, sheet metal & casting product design.

Candidates shall have knowledge in working in automotive electronics product development.

Participant Knowledge of DFMEA, DFM and manufacturing processes are required.

Good knowledge in advance GD&T and Tolerance stack up.

Good understanding on various FEA methods and engineering skills

Good knowledge on plastic & metal material selection

Good knowledge in problem solving, innovative concept design.

Good Knowledge in space analysis and interfaces with electronic products.

Knowledge of working in vehicle electronic products like Control units, BCM, Audio Video systems, remote key, structural parts etc. will be added advantage

Good Communication, Presentation, analytical skill

Tools - Catia V5 R22-R30, UG NX

Quality Exposure

Product design and development on to plastic/ Sheet metal / Casting product development, knowledge on tooling of plastics products, electronics products etc.,
