Address student concerns promptly to ensure a smooth and supportive counseling experience.

Provide guidance on academic pathways, course selections, and career options.

Maintain accurate student records and documentation for future reference.

Update and manage student interactions, progress, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Collect feedback and encourage positive referrals from satisfied students.

Collaborate with internal teams and educational institutions to resolve issues.

Mentor junior counselors and share best practices for effective counseling.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in any discipline; education, or management preferred.

Experience in student counselling, admissions, or education sales (EdTech experience is a

plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand student academic profiles and career goals.

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
