Experience: 6+ Years in Duck Creek development

We are looking for an experienced Lead Duck Creek Developer to drive development, lead teams, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in delivering high-quality Duck Creek-based solutions for the Property & Casualty insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Strong experience in Property & Casualty Insurance IT (preferred).
• 6+ years of hands-on expertise with Duck Creek tools: Express, Server, Author, Transact, Forms, User Admin, XSLT, XML, HTML5, SQL .
• Experience working with Duck Creek versions 6.x, 7.x, and above .
• Proficiency in one or more OOP languages: C#, Java, VB.NET, JavaScript .
• Strong understanding of CBO integration, API integration, runtime debugging .
• Deep knowledge of Duck Creek databases, SQL jobs, and SQL Server objects.
• Implement DC Shredding and support downstream processing.
• Familiarity with E2/E3 environments (E3 a plus).
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Duck Creek products.
• Expertise in Forms engine , transact events, custom server requests.
• Experience with Data Fix and Batch Process Requests .
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in team handling / leading development teams .
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align expectations, and ensure successful delivery.
• Ability to work both independently and in collaborative team environments.
• Adherence to departmental policies and C&F risk management controls .

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Cloud / AWS .
• Exposure to Headless Duck Creek Model .
• Experience with Duck Creek Template Upgrades .
• Familiarity with Duck Creek Anywhere API, Message Hub .
• Knowledge of Duck Creek Insights , financial/regulatory reporting, and Microsoft SSRS .
