Lead Dotnet Developer

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET and C#.

Write efficient, testable, and maintainable code following project standards.

Collaborate with team leads and peers on feature implementation and bug fixes.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.

Support integration testing and deployment activities in DevOps environment.

Assist in troubleshooting production issues under guidance of senior engineers.

Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.

Develop, test, and maintain robust, high-performance .NET applications using modern frameworks and tools. Contribute to system design, database modeling, API development, and integration with third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, Boomi). Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support deployment automation and troubleshooting in production environments. Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure timely releases and zero downtime. Assist in building monitoring dashboards and incident response workflows. Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions and mentor junior developers.
