Lead Dotnet Developer

Key Details:

• Work Timing: SundayThursday (Middle East calendar)
• Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Pune
• Travel required for this role: 3 months to Middle East

Roles and Responsibility

• Design, develop, support, and update end-to-end solutions using the latest .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC technologies.
• Implement robust server-side solutions ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Optimize and manage SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, schemas, and performance tuning.
• Develop and design applications based on MVC, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and multi-tiered cloud architecture.
• Create and utilize framework components to enhance development efficiency.
• Employ unit test automation frameworks for the .NET framework to ensure the delivery of high-quality code.
• Collaborate closely with team members, providing support and guidance to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Mentor developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
• Lead development projects, ensuring best practices are followed and high-quality solutions are delivered on time.
• Prioritize the use of out-of-the-box framework features over custom solutions to enhance efficiency and maintainability.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of ASP.NET and Microsoft application development experience.
• Specialist in UI development with proven server-side development experience.
• Extensive experience with MVC, SOA, and multi-tiered cloud architecture-based applications.
• Hands on Knowledge on React will be preferred
• Proficient in developing and using framework components.
• Experience with unit test automation frameworks for the .NET framework.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
• Proven experience in mentoring and leading development teams.
• Technical Skills: .NET Core ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core Entity Framework, SQL Server (including stored procedures, schema design, and optimization).
