Lead Dotnet Developer

Location: Gurgaon, India.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced .NET Lead to drive design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with .NET Core, MVC, C#, SQL, WebAPI, and Dependency Injection, and will lead a team through full software development lifecycle, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, drive technical discussions, design reviews, and best practices in coding and architecture.
• Architect, design, and implement backend solutions using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and WebAPI.
• Develop scalable, efficient, and secure APIs and microservices with clear separation of concerns.
• Apply Dependency Injection, SOLID principles and design patterns for maintainable code.
• Work closely with product owners, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful releases.
• Ensure high code quality with strong unit testing, automated testing, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimize performance and database interactions.
• Participate in SDLC practices, including Agile/Scrum ceremonies and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7 15 years of professional software development experience with strong hands-on background in .NET technologies.
• Expert in C#, .NET Core (ASP.NET Core), MVC, WebAPI (RESTful services).
• Solid experience in SQL Server (schema, queries, performance tuning).
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Dependency Injection frameworks and patterns.
• Familiarity with modern development best practices (SOLID, TDD, CI/CD).
• Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and guiding development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
