Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Lead Dotnet Developer. The Lead Dotnet Developer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, including coding, testing, and deployment. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members, developing object-oriented programming solutions, and utilizing .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC frameworks to create high-quality applications. The role also involves mentoring junior developers and ensuring projects meet performance and functional requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Software Development
• Expertise in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC frameworks
• Strong Programming skills, specifically in C#
• Experience in leading development teams and managing project timelines
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
