The Opportunity

Were looking for an experienced DevOps Lead (AWS & Azure) a cloud strategist, automation expert, and infrastructure leader who can architect, optimize, and scale modern cloud environments across AWS and Azure.

You will be responsible for driving cloud adoption, optimizing hybrid deployments, enabling CI/CD excellence, and ensuring security, resilience, and performance across our client ecosystems.

AWS remains our primary cloud platform, but with our expanding enterprise portfolio, Azure expertise will be increasingly critical. This role offers the opportunity to lead cloud engineering initiatives across global, high-impact digital products.

Your Mission, Your Impact

Cloud Platform Mastery

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience with working knowledge of Azure.
• Familiarity with AKS, Azure Active Directory (AAD) , and multi-cloud integrations.

Architectural Thinking

• Strong understanding of scalable, secure cloud architecture for distributed environments across AWS & Azure.

Linux & System Expertise

• Advanced Linux administration, shell scripting, and virtualization experience.

Server & Runtime Optimization

• Performance tuning for Apache, Nginx, Node.js environments.

Database Leadership

• Expertise in MySQL, Redis, MongoDB including replication, failover, and disaster recovery strategies.

Cloud Deployments

• Successful track record migrating and optimizing multi-tier, complex applications on AWS and Azure.

CI/CD & Automation

• Experience building robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, CircleCI , or similar tools.

Security & Compliance

• Strong knowledge of cloud security practices using AWS IAM, Azure Security Center, Sentinel , and related services.

Cost Governance

• Ability to analyze and optimize cloud costs across workloads and environments.

Key Responsibilities

Architect & Design Cloud Solutions

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade cloud architectures across AWS and Azure.
• Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

Lead Automation & CI/CD Initiatives

• Develop automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code standards (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep).

Disaster Recovery & Resilience

• Define and execute backup strategies, replication setups, and DR frameworks using Azure and AWS-native services.

Security & Compliance Leadership

• Perform risk assessments, implement cloud security policies, and ensure best practices across environments.

Performance & Cost Optimization

• Conduct audits to maintain efficient, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Guide DevOps engineers, oversee deliverables, and ensure best practices across teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with architects, developers, QA, and PMs to align DevOps strategy with delivery goals.
