Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in MES to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to work in a hybrid model. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of MES solutions ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of MES solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the design coding testing and deployment of MES applications.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MES solutions with other systems.Ensure that all MES solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices.Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MES applications.Develop and maintain technical documentation for MES solutions.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MES technologies.Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for development tasks.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality MES solutions.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide regular project updates.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Possess a strong technical background in MES with at least 8 years of experience.Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing MES solutions.Have experience in leading development teams and providing technical mentorship.Show proficiency in coding testing and deploying MES applications.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.Stay updated with the latest MES technologies and industry trends.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality MES solutions on time.Demonstrate the ability to create and maintain technical documentation.Show experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.Be able to provide accurate time estimates for development tasks.Have a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
