Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Ignition and a strong background in Industrial Manufacturing. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required. The Lead Developer will play a crucial role in driving our projects to success ensuring high-quality deliverables and contributing to the companys growth and impact on society.
Responsibilities
Lead the design development and implementation of software solutions using Ignition.Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers ensuring best practices and high-quality code.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Ensure the scalability performance and security of software applications.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.Develop and maintain documentation for software applications and processes.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all development activities.
Qualifications

Certifications Required
