Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Developer with 9 to 13 years of experience specializing in Drupal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and a keen interest in data governance. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of Drupal-based web applications
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deployment
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and best practices
  • Develop and maintain custom Drupal modules and themes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability

  • Possess a strong background in Drupal development with at least 9 years of experience
  • Demonstrate expertise in web development technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and PHP
  • Have experience in developing custom Drupal modules and themes
  • Show proficiency in version control systems like Git
  • Exhibit knowledge of data governance principles and practices
  • Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Have strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Be familiar with Agile development methodologies
  • Hold a relevant certification in Drupal development
  • Possess a keen interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
