This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Designer at Vema Casa by Nema Development Pvt Ltd, located in Gurugram. The Lead Designer will develop creative design concepts, oversee project planning, and collaborate with clients to bring their visions to life. Responsibilities include guiding the design team, ensuring project consistency, selecting materials, and managing design projects from inception to completion while maintaining the highest levels of quality and client satisfaction.

• Proficiency in interior design principles, space planning, and project visualization
• Strong knowledge of design tools and software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar applications
• Experience in project management, team leadership, and coordination with stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
• Creative problem-solving skills and an ability to work on innovative ideas
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Previous experience in luxury interior design projects is a significant advantage
