Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Designer with 23 years of experience in graphic design, video editing and visual communication. The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, can translate brand strategy into impactful visuals, and brings fresh creative thinking to digital and print campaigns. You will lead design projects, mentor junior creatives, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-quality assets that elevate the brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging video content for marketing campaigns, product storytelling, and social media.
• Assist with video concepts, scripting, storyboarding, editing, motion graphics, and post-production.
• Conceptualize and execute creative designs for digital campaigns, product launches, and brand communication.
• Create visual assets such as social media creatives, landing pages, packaging, and marketing collaterals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design and communication touchpoints.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce cohesive campaign visuals.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to internal and external teams.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and social media content formats.
• Manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 23 years of hands-on experience in a design or brand studio environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and design tools like Figma or Canva.
• Strong video editing skills with experience in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro,After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, transitions, audio sync, and basic color correction.
• Strong understanding of brand identity systems and digital marketing design.
• Excellent layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to take ownership of creative direction and deliver under tight timelines.
• Experience in D2C, wellness, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage.
