what we're building

avici is reinventing how money moves. we're building the infrastructure for internet finance a consumer app that lets anyone spend crypto in the real world, business-facing banking rails, and a trust score that brings real-world lending to defi. $11m+ in card spends transactions, 40k+ users, and we're just getting started.

the role

you'll own design at avici end to end. the app, the brand, the marketing, the experience. if a user sees it, you shaped it.

you'll work directly with the founders, engineering, designers to define how avici looks, feels, and communicates. this is a leadership role and you'll set the creative direction and build the design culture as we scale.

what you'll do

• own the entire design system across product, brand, and marketing
• design consumer-facing experiences that make crypto feel effortless
• shape avici's visual identity as we expand globally
• work with engineering to ship not just design, but see it live
• mentor junior designers as the team grows
• move fast, iterate constantly, obsess over details

what you bring

• 3-5+ years in ui/ux and brand design with a portfolio that proves it
• fluent in figma (non-negotiable), plus adobe creative suite
• experience designing consumer fintech or crypto products is a huge plus
• you can go from concept to high-fidelity to shipped product without hand-holding
• strong visual storytelling you know how to make complex things feel simple
• you thrive in fast, messy, high-ownership environments not corporate design teams
