About the Role

Were looking for a Design Lead to own and elevate our brands creative identity across campaigns, product marketing, and learner experiences. Youll drive design + video storytelling , while embedding AI-native workflows into the teams DNA for speed, scale, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual identity, design systems, and creative output across channels.
• Lead design production across marketing campaigns and brand touchpoints.
• Own design production for marketing assets, from concept to delivery.
• Use AI tools (MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia) to scale creative.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver impactful work.
• Mentor and guide designers toward AI-first creative practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• 810 years in design leadership (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio spanning digital campaigns, video, and product marketing .
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing tools.
• Hands-on with AI design + video tools
• Strong storytelling, communication, and team leadership skills.
