Lead Data Scientist

Role Overview:

Drive data science strategy, lead a team, and deliver AI/ML solutions to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor data science team.
• Develop and deploy predictive models and ML algorithms.

Qualifications:

• Masters/Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in data science, 2+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in Python, R, SQL, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with big data tools and cloud platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• MLOps, NLP, deep learning.
• Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
