About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Transformation Manager to lead large-scale digital and marketing transformation initiatives. The role involves driving process improvements, leveraging data science, advanced analytics, and AI, and delivering strategic solutions that improve business performance and marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business and digital transformation projects for global clients.
• Analyze existing processes and design improved data-driven transformation roadmaps.
• Manage marketing analytics engagements including digital marketing, customer analytics, and social media insights.
• Use advanced analytics and machine learning (segmentation, clustering, recommendation engines, propensity models) to drive business growth.
• Work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients to implement solutions and ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead and mentor teams of data scientists and analytics professionals.

Key Skills:

• 13+ years of experience in data science and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of marketing ROI measurement (MMM, lift tests).
• Expertise in SQL, Python/R, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with Snowflake, GCP, Databricks, and dashboarding tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce/retail/CPG industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
