Lead Data Scientist

We are looking for a Senior / Lead GenAI Architect with deep expertise in Python and strong experience designing, leading, and scaling Generative AI solutions .

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead end-to-end GenAI systems using Python
• Design scalable LLM-based architectures (RAG, agents, orchestration layers)
• Lead technical decisions , code standards, and best practices
• Mentor engineers and review architecture & code
• Build and optimize prompt strategies, embeddings, and vector pipelines
• Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs
• Drive model evaluation, governance, security, and cost optimization
• Collaborate with product, data, and business stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Expert-level Python (clean, scalable, production-grade code)
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI
• Deep understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases
• Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex / similar orchestration frameworks
• API design, microservices, and system architecture
• Experience leading teams or acting as technical lead / architect

Good to Have:

• Cloud-native GenAI deployments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and guardrails
• Knowledge of ML Ops / LLM Ops
• Exposure to enterprise security, compliance, and data privacy

Experience:

• 8+ years overall experience
• 2-3 years in GenAI / AI-driven systems
• Prior experience as Tech Lead / Architect preferred.
