Position: Lead Data Scientist

Exp: 6+ yrs

Location: Balewadi, Pune

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale AI/ML teams and initiatives
• Deploy AI models at enterprise scale
• Utilize ML frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
• Optimize models and tune hyperparameters
• Implement DevOps, SDLC, CI/CD, and MLOps practices
• Handle large-scale data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Work on image and video processing, object detection, and image segmentation
• Conduct text analysis, sentiment analysis, and language modeling
• Utilize speech recognition and audio classification techniques
• Work with RAG, VectorDB, GraphDB, and Knowledge Graphs
• Deploy AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Integrate cloud-based AI services and tools

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in AI and ML technologies

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of AI, ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI concepts
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
• Experience with DevOps, SDLC, CI/CD, and MLOps practices
• Proficiency in data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Expertise in image and video processing, object detection, and image segmentation
• Proficiency in text analysis, sentiment analysis, and language modeling
• Experience with speech recognition, audio classification, and signal processing
• Experience with RAG, VectorDB, GraphDB, and Knowledge Graphs
• Extensive experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ONNX runtime and model optimization
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Spark, Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
• Experience in production-level deployment of AI models
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate market needs into technological solutions
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Pay range and compensation package
