Lead Data Analytics/Data Science

We are looking for a Lead Data Analytics & Data Science to drive analytics and data science initiatives across client engagements and internal products.

This is a judgment-led, client-facing role that requires a strong combination of analytics thinking, machine learning capability, and stakeholder leadership.

The role is ideal for professionals who have grown from analytics into data science and are now working with ML / AI-driven solutions.

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

• Own end-to-end analytics and data science engagements across clients and internal initiatives.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical and ML solutions.
• Build and review forecasting models, predictive analytics solutions, and machine learning pipelines.
• Work closely with leadership and product teams to integrate data science-driven features into business workflows.
• Deliver decision-ready insights, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that support business strategy.
• Guide and mentor junior analysts and ensure high-quality analytical output across projects.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

• 610 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Analytics Consulting
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Experience with Machine Learning / Predictive Modeling
• Hands-on experience with Forecasting / Time Series models
• Experience translating business problems into analytical solutions
• Experience building data-driven decision frameworks

• Exposure to AI / NLP / Generative AI / anomaly detection
• Experience working with client stakeholders or cross-functional leadership teams
• Experience mentoring analysts or leading analytics projects
• Background in Retail, Consumer, Quick Commerce, or Operations-heavy businesses
