Title: Data Lead

Location: Bangalore work from Office

Data Lead We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Databricks and its functionalities, but their primary role will be that of a project manager. As a Data Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all data-related projects within our organization.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Lead and manage data projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements for various projects
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other team members to ensure data quality and accuracy
• Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and mentorship - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data management and analytics
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications: -

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, with at least 2 years of experience in project management
• Strong understanding of Databricks and its functionalities - Project management certification (PMP) is a plus
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
