Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (In Person Role Only)
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in D2C- consumer brand experience preferred
Role Overview:
EUME is looking for a hands-on D2C Lead to own and scale our direct-to-consumer business. This role comes with full responsibility across growth, profitability, customer experience, and repeat journeys. You will own the D2C P&L and be accountable for building a profitable, scalable, and premium-first D2C engine.
This is not a role limited to running ads it is about building a long-term, high-AOV, repeat-led business.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire D2C P&L, including revenue growth, margins, CAC, contribution, retention, and profitability
- Lead performance marketing across Meta and Google Ads, with a strong focus on efficient scaling, creative testing, and funnel optimisation
- Build strategies to sell premium, high AOV products without over-reliance on discounts, using strong product storytelling, trust signals, and conversion-led website experiences
- Drive repeat purchases through well-structured CRM journeys across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and other owned channels
- Design and optimise upselling and cross-selling journeys across the website, checkout, post-purchase flows, and CRM to improve AOV and LTV
- Own website performance including conversion rate optimisation, merchandising, SEO, and SEM in collaboration with tech and design teams
- Use data and customer insights to continuously improve traffic quality, conversion, and lifetime value
- Oversee customer service and overall customer experience to ensure a premium, responsive, and brand-aligned journey
- Work closely with founders, finance, product, and supply chain teams on forecasting, planning, and execution
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience scaling a D2C business, preferably in premium or high AOV categories
- Strong hands-on understanding of Meta and Google Ads beyond basic campaign execution
- Experience owning or influencing D2C P&L and unit economics
- Deep understanding of CRM, retention, and lifecycle marketing
- Ability to think strategically while staying close to execution
- Customer-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership
