Key Responsibilities

Lead and expand regional counselling operations

Own admissions, conversion, and revenue targets

Mentor and develop counsellors to achieve peak performance

Drive CRM discipline and ensure process excellence

Manage escalations while building strong parent trust

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Academics & Operations
