Job Role: Lead Core Solution

Experience: 10 to 15 Years in Banking or IT industry

Education: B. Tech / M. Tech / MBA

Location: Thrissur / Kochi / Bangalore

Must have skill sets:

Experience in leading and implementing Core Banking solution in Indian Banks

Good functional modules in the CBS (Deposit, Lending, GL and COA and product factory, Batch scheduling etc.)

Good understanding of payments framework in the Indian Banking Industry

Hands on experience in Incident management, analysis and resolution of issues

Data Migration knowledge

Vendor co-ordination

Nice to have skill sets:

Understanding of Technical aspects involved in CBS and surround solutions

Performance optimization knowledge

Cloud technologies adoption methodologies

Audit and compliance related aspects
