Were looking for a Lead Copywriter who can balance instinct with strategy, shape our voice at scale, and raise the bar for creative clarity and impact across the brand.


The Opportunity

Were looking for a Lead Copywriter who can shape how Snabbit sounds, feels, and connects with users. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn deep human insight into sharp, memorable ideas and then execute them beautifully across touchpoints. Youll work closely with Brand, Product, Growth, and Design to build a voice thats distinct, consistent, and impactful as Snabbit scales.


What Youll Do

  • Turn insight into ideas: Translate user behaviour, cultural nuance, and business context into clear, compelling narratives and campaigns.
  • Own copy end-to-end: Write and refine copy across brand, product, social, performance creatives, CRM, and large-scale campaigns.
  • Build a strong brand voice: Help define and evolve Snabbits tone - ensuring consistency while knowing when to flex it.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, product teams, and leadership to bring ideas to life.
  • Be opinionated, with reason: Push for better work, stronger ideas, and clearer storytelling - while staying grounded in strategy, goals, and user needs.
  • Raise the creative bar: Set quality benchmarks for copy and help others around you level up through feedback and collaboration.


What were looking for

  • 5 - 7 years of copywriting experience, ideally across brand, digital, social, and campaign work.
  • A proven ability to turn human insight into sharp, memorable ideas that resonate with real audiences.
  • Comfort writing across formats - from punchy headlines and social posts to longer brand narratives and product messaging.
  • An opinionated creative thinker who can defend ideas thoughtfully and adapt based on strategy, data, and context.
  • Strong instincts for clarity, tone, and structure - with an eye for detail and a bias for simplicity.
  • A builders mindset: proactive, hands-on, and excited to shape something from the ground up.
