Role: Lead Consultant

Location: Hyderabad/Pune (Onsite)

Experience: 12+ Years

Qualification: Bachelors/masters in engineering or risk management sciences

Certification: LOMA (Mandatory)

Mandatory skills: US insurance domain + Conversion and Migration + Life or Annuity + At least one Policy administration system (Vantage/Ingenium/OIPA/IPAS/ALIP/EXIGEN)

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong US Life Insurance & Annuity domain knowledge .
• Experience in new product launch/implementation and policy admin system conversion/migration .
• Hands-on with requirements gathering , documentation, and sign-off processes.
• Ability to work with actuaries, analysts, and engineers to resolve compliance-related calculations (7702, 7702A, 101f).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Policy Administration Systems (Vantage, Ingenium, OIPA, IPAS, ALIP, EXIGEN).
• Knowledge of annuity product types , riders, contract lifecycle, payouts.
• Familiarity with compliance and taxation rules impacting policy servicing.
• Understanding of life insurance calculations (cash value, death benefits, TAMRA, CVAT, GPT).
• Experience in requirements management tools , use cases, and conversion projects.
• Ability to work with near-shore and offshore teams .
