Job Description

Responsibilities


User Support:
o Serve as the first point of contact for clients' inquiries, issues, and requests related to RPS
o Respond promptly to user queries via email, phone, or ticketing system.

System Enhancement:
o Work closely with the RPS development team to identify system improvements and enhancements.
o Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and requirements for system enhancements.
o Participate in the testing of system upgrades and new features.

Training and Documentation:
o Develop and deliver training materials for end-users to enhance their understanding of the RPS.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Analyse system data to identify trends and issues that require attention.

Continuous Support and Maintenance:
o Proactively monitor system performance and address potential issues before they impact users.
o Maintain system configurations and user profiles as required.

Client Communication:
o Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
o Regularly update clients on system improvements, scheduled maintenance, and important announcements.
