Job Description
Responsibilities
Strong experience in Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop
Implement, migrate and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments from Citrix
Experience in implementation, migration & troubleshooting FsLogix with Azure File storage or NetApp
Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and concepts supporting IaaS
Knowledge & Experience in AD, Azure AD Windows,
Manage GPOs specific to AVD OUs for security hardening and automation
Good Knowledge & experienced in Azure Devops & IaaC tools (Terraform)
Knowledge in Azure Monitor, KQL Queries, dashboards, Scripting
Monitor and maintain the performance, security, and availability of AVD systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AVD infrastructure.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AVD with other enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain documentation for AVD configurations, processes, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of AVD environments to identify areas for improvement.
Resolving end user tickets and providing RCAs
Azure VM golden Image Life Cycle Management
Administration, Monitoring & manage application deployment using MSIX package, and keep golden images up to date.
Expertise on ITIL and Service now tools.
