Job Description

Responsibilities

.
 Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives and assess automation needs.
 Design and develop automation frameworks, scripts, and tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
 Execute automation projects, including test planning, script development, execution, and reporting.
 Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to ensure best practices are followed in automation development.
 Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to integrate automation solutions seamlessly into existing workflows.
 Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies and recommend improvements and optimizations accordingly.
 Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams as needed.
 Document automation processes, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Qualifications  
Minimum qualifications we seek in you!
 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
 Years of experience in automation testing.
 Solid understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
 Familiarity with automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 Experience working in Agile environments and knowledge of DevOps practices is a plus.
