Job Description
Responsibilities
Setting project goals, defining deliverables, and creating detailed project plans.
Ensuring resource availability. Leading and coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing changes in project scope.
Serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders, Monitor and report performance to client stakeholders. Hold governance meetings and discuss performance issues.
Quality Control: Monitoring project progress, performing quality checks, and ensuring standards are met
Co-ordinate and collaborate with client teams on issues related to day-to-day operations, testing, technical issues, escalation etc.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Understand data architecture of the client and devise solution and develop proposal. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
