We are inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant (Primarily Dashboards/Reports)

Responsibilities
Develop and manage OTBI dashboards and BI Publisher reports across Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

Configure and maintain HCM Extracts and Transformation Formulas for internal and external reporting needs.

Create and troubleshoot Fast Formulas (eligibility, validation, calculation, and approval).

Perform bulk data uploads using HDL and HSDL for employees, positions, candidates, benefits, etc.

Implement UI/UX changes and logic through HCM Design Studio, Page Composer, and Application Composer.

Configure approval workflows, alerts, and notifications for HR, Recruiting, and Compensation transactions.

Work collaboratively with functional and business teams for requirements gathering, UAT, and go-live support.

Ensure technical compliance and documentation for customizations and integrations.

Support development of Redwood-based enhancements (nice to have).

Qualifications we seek in you!
BE/MBA/M.Tech/MCA
Preferred Skills:
Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Global HR / Recruiting / Technical track).
OTBI and BI Publisher

HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL

Fast Formulas (Approval, Calculation, Eligibility, Validation)

Design Studio, Page Composer, Application Composer

Approval workflows, Notifications, and Security configuration

Functional understanding of Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, and Talent modules

Familiarity with Redwood UX and Journeys personalization (preferred)

Excellent communication and documentation skills
