Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead development and testing using Java and Selenium API, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
Manage ETL processes using Informatica to handle data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Design and implement automated test cases with JUnit and Selenium for continuous integration.
Develop real-time streaming applications leveraging Kafka for data processing and messaging.
Write and maintain Gherkin scripts for BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) to improve collaboration with stakeholders.
Perform performance testing using JMeter and identify opportunities for optimization.
Lead and mentor team members, reviewing code and promoting best practices in development and testing.
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and ensure technical solutions meet their needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong expertise in Java development, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
Hands-on experience with Selenium API, JUnit, and automated testing frameworks.
Deep knowledge of ETL processes using Informatica and relational databases.
Familiarity with Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging systems.
Proficiency in Gherkin for BDD and working with behavior-driven development teams.
Experience in JMeter for performance testing and load simulation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution in a collaborative team environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership experience, including leading teams, managing projects, and driving technical initiatives to successful completion.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ISTQB, certifications) are a plus.
