Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Identity Engineer

Responsibilities

Design and manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems including SSO, MFA, and RBAC
Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity)
Monitor and audit identity-related activities for compliance
Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and digital certificates across endpoints, servers, and applications
Automate certificate lifecycle: issuance, renewal, revocation
Maintain internal and external CA integrations (e.g., DigiCert, Let's Encrypt)
Ensure TLS/SSL configurations meet security best practice
Log all incidents and service requests in the ITSM system, ensuring SLA adherence.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 with proper documentation.
Maintain and update SOPs and contribute to the internal knowledge base.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience in IAM and certificate management
Strong knowledge of protocols: LDAP, SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, Kerberos, SCIM
Hands-on experience with PKI, HSMs, and certificate automation tools (e.g., Certbot, Venafi, HashiCorp Vault)
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
Familiarity with cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM, GCP IAM)
