Job Description
Responsibilities
Documentation Creation and Management:
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for document automation processes, templates, and workflows.
Create user manuals, training materials, and step-by-step guides for tools and systems. o Ensure documentation is clear, accessible, and aligned with organizational standards.
Review and update existing documentation to reflect process changes and updates.
Process Standardization and Documentation:
Work with cross-functional teams (Detection, IR Analyst, Threat Hunt, Finance etc.) to standardize documentation practices for automated workflows.
Develop and implement best practices for creating and maintaining automated document templates (contracts, reports, proposals, etc.).
Establish and enforce standards for document formatting, version control, and naming conventions.
Workflow Mapping and Documentation:
Identify areas for improvement and suggest optimizations in the workflow documentation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Track and document revisions to workflows, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of changes.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Collaborate with Team Pillars to gather requirements for new document on automation solutions and ensure that documentation is created to support those needs.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure that documentation reflects the intended outcomes and usage.
Provide ongoing support to teams by answering questions regarding document automation processes and best practices.
Compliance and Governance Documentation:
Ensure that all documentation aligns with company policies, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
Assist in the creation of compliance documentation related to automated document workflows.
Ensure document security protocols and governance standards are followed in all documentation.
User Training and Support:
Develop and maintain training programs related to document automation for end-users.
Conduct training sessions to ensure employees understand how to use automated document systems and follow documented procedures.
Provide user support by answering questions and troubleshooting issues related to documentation processes.
Continuous Improvement:
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of existing documentation and suggest improvements.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in document automation and adjust documentation practices as needed
