Lead Consultant-Selenium & Javascript

Responsibilities

Understand Requirements from the Client, gather, analyze and devise test scenarios.
Clarify all requirements & be able to provide proper Estimation during Sprint Planning
Develop Test Plan, Strategies, Test Cases and Maintain the existing test artifacts.
Design the Necessary Test Bed along with test data required for Testing.
Software Testing experience with Web or SaaS Platform based products, SQL Server databases.
Working knowledge on cloud technologies (AZURE, AWS)
Experience on building Test Automation Frameworks specifically in Java, Javascript / Type Script
Experience to one of the following frameworks Playwright, WebDriver IO, Protractor, Cypress
Experience in BDD Framework like Cucumber
Experience testing web services (SOAP/REST; Throughput, Performance under Load, etc.)
Experience testing hosted or SaaS-based solutions.
Familiar with relational database design and good working knowledge of SQL for querying, updating, and deleting data.
Strong proficiency with functional, regression, and stability testing techniques.
Experience working in a cross-functional development team with the ability to influence quality of products in that environment.
Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems.
Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Effective team building and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications we seek in you!
B.E./BTech/MCA/MTech
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Software Testing

Preferred qualifications

Good & Proven Experience in Testing background
Years of experience in test case design, execution, reporting, test bed setup and maintaining test artifacts and also Automation frameworks
Good experience in Gather, Analyze and understanding Requirements properly
Good experience in reviewing requirements and clarifying all before proceeding with further testing processes
knowledge of Testing tools and Automation frameworks preferably Cucumber, WebDriver IO
Must be good in Basic & Scripting knowledge of Javascript/Typescript
Experience in developing UI automation scripts, debug, handle issues & reviewing
Experience in handling GIT Repository and familiar with all GIT Commands.
Must have proven experience in handling any of the Test Management tools, preferably Rally or JIRA etc.
Must be good at devising all possible test scenarios and providing good test coverage
Knowledge of Testing variants like API, Functional, Regression and Smoke etc.
Good in Effort estimation, adherence to organization guidelines and regulations
Experience in discussing and interacting with Stakeholders/Project Management/Clients and receive/review the feedback accurately
Must be good Team Player
Extensive experience in Agile /V&V methodologies
