Job Description
Responsibilities
:SAP User Role Admin, Security Patches, Application of support packages.
Experience in support and maintenance of SAP AMS/ Implementation/ Support projects for clients across the globe.
Apply security policies to the SAP systems as determined by the IT Security group
Responsible for successful Production start-up, Understanding of Roles & Authorizations
Hands on Configuration experience.
Managing user accounts, assigning roles and authorizations, and ensuring appropriate access privileges based on job requirements.
Designing and maintaining roles within the SAP system, defining necessary authorization objects, transactions, and fields, and ensuring compliance with SoD policies to prevent fraud or misuse of privileges.
Conducting risk analysis to identify security risks and vulnerabilities, analyzing user access rights and role assignments, and implementing measures to reduce risk and strengthen system security.
Manage system performance, upgrades, corrections, and transport management (CTS/TMS), client and landscape strategies, batch scheduling.
Provide technical upgrades functional and technical enhancements.
Installation, upgrade and maintenance of SAP and SAP related software products.
Maintain HANA database, perform patch and service stack upgrades.
Perform SAP Software Installation, maintenance and administration of UNIX and Windows based servers running SAP FI/HR/SRM/Portal, Solution Manager, Hana, Gateway).
Daily monitoring, administrating, troubleshooting, and tuning of all SAP systems.
Analyse performance bottlenecks and provide optimization techniques.
Identify and ensure incidents and request are prioritized and assigned correctly as per Client guidelines
Ensure SLA related KPIs are adhered to
Experience in Application Maintenance Support. L0, L1 & L2 Responsible for management of Client Impact tickets. Accountable for Service Restoral / Permanent Resolution of production incidents.
Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes.
Good understanding of incident management and change management.
Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing team-oriented environment
