Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers, ensuring coverage per client's requirements.
Develop, maintaln, and enhance automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or similar
Develop and Implement comprehensive test strategles, plans, and test cases Implement process improvements to enhance manual and automation test coverage.
Design and manage test runs, test suites, cases, results, and defect Collaborate with IT teams, Product Owners, and developers to prioritize and report on quality issues.
Communicate test progress, results, and other pertinent information to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and provide clear testing metrics to key stakeholders. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement reviews to ensure testablity. Perform regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.
