Job Description

Responsibilities

L1 Support:

  • Incident monitoring, Incident triage, Incident management, monitoring batch jobs

SOP-based troubleshooting and resolution

  • User Assistance: provide technical support to users, helping them navigate and use business systems applications effectively.

  • Problem Management Post Incident Review, Root Cause Analysis

  • Incident and Application Reporting

  • Post implementation validation, Application health check - Ready for business, close of business check points/validations

  • Documentation: document issues and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference

L2 Support

  • Applications and Batch Issues Resolution with advance troubleshooting.

  • Apply approved Data fixes

  • Ensuring timely
