Responsibilities
L1 Support:
Incident monitoring, Incident triage, Incident management, monitoring batch jobs
SOP-based troubleshooting and resolution
User Assistance: provide technical support to users, helping them navigate and use business systems applications effectively.
Problem Management Post Incident Review, Root Cause Analysis
Incident and Application Reporting
Post implementation validation, Application health check - Ready for business, close of business check points/validations
Documentation: document issues and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference
L2 Support
Applications and Batch Issues Resolution with advance troubleshooting.
Apply approved Data fixes
Ensuring timely updates and communication with stakeholders
Problem Management Post Incident Review, Root Cause Analysis
Proactive Incident Resolution
Operation readiness - Monitoring process is in place to capture incidents or alerts, SOPs are updated, escalation process is defined and updated.
