Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE Sales App using out-of-the-box features, Power Platform components, and custom code.

  • Develop custom entities, business process flows, forms, views, plugins, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems via APIs and middleware.

  • Develop Power Automate flows and canvas/model-driven Power Apps.

  • Implement business logic across the Lead, Opportunity, Quote, and Order processes.

  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Troubleshoot issues and perform system health checks and enhancements in live environments.

  • Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation activities as part of DevOps cycles.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security policies.

  • Provide post-implementation support and enhancements as needed.
