Job Description
Responsibilities
:-
Work on verification & validation of High Frequency, High Voltage Generators used in X-Ray generation applications.

Work collaboratively with hardware and software experts in the projects, understand test plans, implement necessary design changes, build test set ups and communicate test results.

Understand requirements, test methods and evaluate Power electronics designs.

Deliver on assignments working independently and work productively on engagements complying to company Quality Management System requirements.

Work collaboratively with cross functional team in Integration, Testing, Verification and Design transfer of new designs or design changes.

Work on different types of projects like Advanced Technology development, New Product introduction, Design transfer, Design changes/improvements, Value Engineering ideas and reliability improvement projects.

Conduct functional, Performance & Qualification testing of X ray generators communicate test results and prepare test reports.
Desired Characteristics:
-
Understand different type of AC/DC or DC/AC converter including PFC Circuits, Power Converters (Buck, Boost, Buck-boost, Fly-back, forward etc.), High frequency operation, Resonant Circuit application Power Converters/Inverters (Resonant Power Converter), High voltage multiplier/Voltage Doubler circuit, Analog/power Amplifiers etc.

Good knowledge to understand component technical specification/selection guidelines is an added advantage.
