Position - Lead Consultant -Digital Solutions Design
Location - Bangalore
Experience -12- 15 years
Key responsibilities
- Leads and manages RFX responses for digital solutions.
- Sales & Presales support for Digital solutions
- Creates a solution flow, transformation plan and a solution response basis clients need
- Solution artifacts creation in MS-PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Seek approval of solution design for submission and implementation.
- Reviews and assures requirements and refinements to solution requirements received from multiple teams with a view towards maximizing the benefits of solutions for enhancing efficiency and facilitating organizational / management monitoring, oversight and reporting.
- Works closely with the sales team to understand business needs and requirements and enables good understanding amongst the DTS Solutions Design Team
- Embeds relevant knowledge management and innovation within the DTS Solutions Design function as well as across the organization.
- SoW preparation and taking it to closure
- Lead Conversations with Client IT & Program Management team to finalize solution arch. design, project plan, respond to security assessments etc.
Requirements/Skills
- Overall experience of minimum 12- 15 years
- Must have knowledge of AI, Agentic AI, Gen AI along with its applicability to drive digital transformation
- Must have knowledge of Cloud / Poly-Cloud and associated broad range of services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must.
- BE/B.Tech/MCA (not mandatory, but preferable)
- MBA (required) from a top-tier college with minimum defined grades.
- Demonstrated experience in driving Digital Transformation, Operational Excellence programs
- Experience in working with different functional groups.
- Hands on experience in MS-Excel, MS-Word and MS-PowerPoint a must
- Stakeholder management and team play
- Domain knowledge of how Finance & Accounting processes.
- Knowledge of Digital Transformation levers, tools & technology Agentic AI, AI, RPA, AI/ML, Analytics, Process Mining/ Discovery
- Strong client facing and communication skills, ability to participate and contribute to the discussion with leadership etc.
- Good knowledge of BPO Processes with Strong Capabilities in at least one Functional Service area be it HRO, F&A, S&P, S&F
Good to have
Hands on skills on AI solutions with implementation knowledge
SDLC Sound understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
Experience related to Commercials and Solution Construct, Business Acumen, Client stakeholder management (Global regions US or EMEA)
