Responsibilities

1.       AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and optimize advanced AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems across various domains such as natural language processing, Gen AI components, computer vision, recommendation systems, and reinforcement learning.

2.      Data Preprocessing and Analysis: Work with large-scale datasets, preprocess the data, and perform in-depth analysis to derive meaningful insights, patterns, and trends for AI model training.

3.      Model Training and Evaluation: Develop and train AI models using cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning frameworks, and continuously refine and optimize these models to achieve superior performance.

4.      Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the AI field and contribute to the company's innovation by exploring and implementing novel techniques and methodologies.

5.      Integration and Deployment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing products and systems, ensuring seamless deployment and functionality.

6.      Performance Tuning: Fine-tune AI models to improve efficiency, accuracy, and resource utilization, considering both online and offline performance metrics.

7.       Code and Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of AI models, algorithms, and implementation details, as well as contribute to the creation of technical documents and user guides.

8.      Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the AI development team, data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality and scalable AI solutions.
