Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters Degree
Experience with business requirements analysis, entity relationship planning, database design, reporting structures
Experience in building SAP IS scorecards and custom Business Objects reports for Data Quality reporting.
Experience with SAP Business Objects Data Services ETL and data migration.
Good Experience in writing the SQL Statements & SQLs Optimization (SQL Developer, Rapid SQL).
A general business understanding of SAP disciplines is helpful.
Experience on SAP ECC connectors and data extractions from ECC tables desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills from business and technical perspective.
Experience with Data Quality tools, such as SAP Business Objects Suite (Data Services, Information Steward).

Preferred Qualifications

Good interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, solid presentation skills.
Ability to encourage confidence and work with all levels of client and internal staff. Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations to the non-technical audience. High energy, clear goal orientation, and work ethics; can do attitude.
Ability to handle conflict and difficult situations in customer projects
Executive level presence required.
Ability to convey complex information in a clear and detailed manner with the non-technical audience.
Ability to assemble customer requirements and translate them into software specifications.
Experience in automation of DS/IS jobs using in-built and third-party schedulers
Experience in designing and executing advanced data profiling, data validation scenarios.
Experience in implementation of SAP Data Migration process (Mapping-Filter-Validation-Enrichment) using SAP BPDM.
Good hands on exposure in understanding the source and target systems, designing mapping & conversion rules and validating the desired results.
