Lead Consultant- Quality Assurance (QA) User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Lead a team of QA testers and analysts, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure efficient and effective testing processes. 

Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the QA team, promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and professional development. 

Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases based on project requirements and business objectives. 

Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and establish clear testing goals and timelines. 

Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements. 

Conduct UAT sessions, working closely with end-users to validate system behavior and gather feedback for improvements. 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. 

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and software development lifecycles.
